Our Beyond the Game sessions bring real-world inspiration directly to schools and clubs, introducing girls to the many career paths and leadership roles in sport that go far beyond playing. From coaching, officiating, media, and events to sport science, marketing, and administration, this interactive workshop helps girls see themselves in powerful new ways.

These sessions are designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and expand what girls believe is possible.

As a next step, participants are invited to join our Girlsport Game Work Teams, a hands-on opportunity to apply their learning in a real event setting, gain valuable experience, and be part of a purpose-driven team making sport better for girls and women.

For Girls:
Our Leadership Lab for Girls is a dynamic and empowering space where curiosity is celebrated, confidence is nurtured, and young leaders are encouraged to dream boldly. Through playful exploration, hands-on activities, and real-world stories, girls learn to lead with authenticity, empathy, and courage.

For Women:
Our Women's Leadership Experience offers a reflective and transformative journey for women ready to stretch, evolve, and reimagine their leadership. Whether you're at a crossroads or stepping into something new, this workshop offers the tools, space, and community to deepen self-awareness, embrace curiosity, and lead with clarity and purpose.

Both workshops are rooted in the belief that growth happens when we feel safe to question, explore, and be seen. Come as you are, leave as more of who you are becoming.
