Girlsport Game Curriculum
Girlsport Game supports your school’s goals in:

How It Works
1. Role Selection
Girls are introduced to the available leadership roles and select one based on interest or curiosity.
2. Training & Preparation
Role-specific workshops build foundational knowledge, leadership concepts, and basic task execution.
3. Game Planning
Teams work in their respective roles to design or prepare for their part of the event (e.g., creating a session plan, scheduling, logistics, rules review, media prep).
4. Live Leadership Execution
Girls deliver their responsibilities during a live or simulated game experience.
5. Debrief & Reflection
Participants reflect on what they learned, how they led, and where they might grow next through continued mentor feedback loops and additional hands-on experiences.
This is not a sports clinic. It is not a motivational seminar.
It is a structured, role-based learning experience that connects sport to leadership, decision-making, and future career pathways.
